Who's Your Mama?

Just who IS this person, anyway?  And what makes her think she’s an expert?

Danielle Gibeault is a CFI, CFII, and MEI for those in the know. To the rest of us, that translates to Certificated Flight Instructor, Instrument Instructor, and Multi Engine Instructor. I also hold a Ground Instructor Certificate, Advanced and Instrument. That’s right, the FAA trusts me to spend my days getting into airplanes with people who don’t know how to fly them!  I’ve been a pilot for 13 years and a flight instructor for more than 5.  I started my aviation career on my 18th birthday driving fuel trucks, parking airplanes, and doing all the rest of that glamorous grunt work that keeps the airplanes flying.  Haven’t looked back since.

With a four year degree to my credit, I’ve also got extensive teaching experience in another field to round things out.  I teach classroom style ground school courses as well as provide individually tailored ground and flight lessons to individuals pursuing their private, commercial, and flight instructor certificates (both single and multi engine), instrument ratings, and high performance and complex endorsements.  Flight reviews, photo flights, and recurrency training for any purpose are also always available.  When I’m not working for myself as a blogger, news hound, know it all, and general purpose aviation yenta (who do you need to know?), I’m more or less gainfully employed at a well respected flight school in Milwaukee, WI, USA.
